Led a cross-functional team of ~10 to deliver 'Journey', FitXR’s flagship personalised recommendation experience, contributing to an 11% increase in next-day retention.

Led a revamp of the onboarding, introducing hyper-personalised flows that increased Paid Membership Conversion by +31% and Free Trial Conversion by +25%.

Oxide 3D Explorer

Led the UX, layout, and interaction design, defining patterns for navigating and interacting with the 3D model and the experience.

Remembering The Gates

Led UX for "The Gates" AR experience in Central Park, NYC, commissioned by Bloomberg Philanthropies, attracting ~50,000+ visitors over its month-long run.
